Job Description

We are PAR, a leading provider of digital solutions for the restaurant and retail industries. Our purpose is to deliver innovative products that connect people to the restaurants, meals, and moments they love.

As a Product Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in our agile design and engineering process. You will act as the Scrum Product Owner for a team building out and maintaining a digital platform, including mobile applications.

Your responsibilities will include drafting requirements, managing the backlog, and representing the product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, UX/Design, QA, DevOps, product managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to define product technical requirements and build delivery plans.

You will be accountable for project results, schedule, and deliverables. You will also be responsible for preparing your team for status presentations, review meetings, UAT sessions, and other key milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product documentation and requirements using Confluence and Jira
  • Represent the product roadmap and backlog
  • Work with engineering, UX/Design, QA, and DevOps teams to define product technical requirements
  • Build delivery plans, including resourcing breakdowns and release burn downs
  • Prepare your team for status presentations, review meetings, and UAT sessions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of project/account management or product owner experience
  • Experience managing and working with clients
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and facilitation skills
