Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $363,110 to $374,340, plus additional potential incentives of up to $128,700 to $248,700.* Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, home loan program up to $250,000 (approval required), relocation assistance up to $10,000 (approval required), malpractice and tail insurance coverage, paid holidays, sick leave, and education leave.
In addition, we offer three retirement plans, including a pension and 401k, and professional liability coverage.
About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Full-Time Child Psychiatrist to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Child Psychiatrist at The Permanente Medical Group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and treating children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, and staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must be board certified or eligible and meet the requirements for a CA medical license. We also value a commitment to cultural competence and diversity.
