Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Weis Markets. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating front-end scanning equipment and cash registers, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash registers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, marketing promotions, and store layouts to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Ensure smooth operation of the department and store, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
