Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to join our team at NorthStar Chevrolet Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a "can-do" attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
  • Utilize our CRM tracking system daily to stay organized and focused.
Requirements:
  • At least one previous role in automotive customer service experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to improve and adapt.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor, with a positive and hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills and a valid driver's license.
