OB Laborist

Seeking a board-certified OB/GYN to serve as an OB Laborist at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will work 7 days on, 7 days off, providing continuous coverage and serving as the face of the obstetrical unit for patients. Key responsibilities include managing all inpatients, triaging patients, and promoting patient satisfaction. The Laborist will also support established obstetrical practices within PPN with the care of their inpatients.

Key qualifications include:

• Board certification in OB/GYN
• Experience in a busy obstetrical practice preferred
• Active Ohio Medical License in good standing

A competitive salary is offered, estimated around $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The role reflects Premier Health's commitment to providing safe and high-quality care for our patients.

• Acting attending on call during designated timeframe
• Managing patient completely including admission, delivery, and postpartum care
• Responding to emergencies and performing necessary procedures
