As a lead teacher in our preschool program, you'll be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, leading hands-on activities, and communicating daily with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs and interests of our preschoolers

**Requirements:**
* At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
* Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
* At least 12 months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
