About the Role

Sentara Heart Hospital is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technician to join our team in the EP Lab.

This is a full-time day shift position with some call requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in invasive diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or interventional radiology procedures and be able to provide patient and family education, operate equipment safely, complete department documentation, and maintain all equipment to be clean and operational.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of departmental performance improvement activities and be able to participate in these efforts.

Requirements

  • Must have successfully completed a Radiologic Technology Program
  • Must be ARRT or RCIS registered and have BLS certification
  • One year experience in invasive diagnostic, therapeutic and/or interventional procedures required
