About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide effective therapy solutions with our patients, partners, and clinicians in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screens, evaluates, and treats patients with compassion and expertise
  • Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
  • Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications
  • Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function
  • Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities
  • Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment programs to patients, family, and team members

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate professionally and positively to patients, family members, and staff
