Claims Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Claims Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc.
Job Summary:The Field Claims Representative will be responsible for investigating and evaluating multi-line insurance claims in the field, ensuring accurate settlements and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses as needed.
- Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, inspecting property and auto damages to write repair estimates.
- Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants.
- Utilize claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust loss in a paperless environment.
- Provide superior and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Once eligible, become a certified and active Arbitration Panelist.
- Entry-Level Claims Representative:
- Salary: $55,000 - $76,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
- Experienced Claims Representative:
- Salary: $62,000 - $90,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
