Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide expert nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient condition.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Requirements
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist certification (or eligible for certification)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic nursing (or related field)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
