Job Description

As a Property Manager at Public Storage, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple storage facilities. Your duties will include assessing customer needs, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring seamless administrative processes.

  • You will work independently at various locations, interacting with customers, managing inventory, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting with collections are also key aspects of this role.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for traveling between locations.
