Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Analyzing blueprints and project plans to provide accurate estimates
  • Utilizing a consultative approach to selling, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of sales experience selling to residential and commercial customers
  • Ability to consistently and frequently ask for the sale
  • Proactive approach to building a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Well-organized and able to use a CRM
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday during business hours, with occasional early evenings and Saturdays as needed.
