Rocket Software Seeks Experienced Leader for Partner Ecosystem Role

A key aspect of working at Rocket Software is being part of a team that genuinely believes in its mission.

The Director, Partner Ecosystem position involves leading a team of Partner Managers tasked with rapidly expanding existing Partner coverage and sales. In this role, you will focus on driving sales by cultivating relationships with top partners to propel Rocket Software's growth.

To achieve this, you will select the most suitable partners, develop a Growth Partner Plan, and execute on it.

  • As a leader and people manager, ensure your team possesses the necessary skills to excel in One Rocket Partner Ecosystem.

This includes performance management, coaching to meet quarterly pipeline and ACV targets, creating Partner Plans for top-selected partners, and executing Joint Account Mapping sessions with AEs to maintain communication between partners and Rocket sellers.

An essential skill set for this position includes developing and maintaining a strong team culture, coaching individual team members, developing team members for current and future opportunities, collaborating with other Rocket departments and sales teams, and utilizing Rocket's CRM system.

Your success will be measured by your ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships within key partners, act as a role model and leader within the sales organization, and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities also include managing the region as a business with appropriate expense and budget controls.

Requirements:

This role requires 10+ years of proven partner and sales leadership experience, along with a track record of managing large GSIs, resellers, and achieving revenue goals.

You should possess a strong sales management background, including experience designing and implementing tactical sales initiatives, and be able to thrive in a team selling environment.

Candidates must demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills and have a demonstrated success in sales management.

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $191,487 - $239,358, dependent on skills, experience, and location.
