Job Description:

Connect Home Health LLC is seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive well-coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.

Requirements:

• A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Texas.
• Current BLS License.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
