This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year, plus productivity bonuses, making it an attractive opportunity for skilled professionals in the field.

In this position, you will evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in their homes, under the care of an attending physician. This may include single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care settings.

You will assess patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication.

The ideal candidate will be currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment and possess a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation.
