Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Assistant to join our team at FOUNDRY COMMERCIAL LLC in Dallas, Texas. This role will provide administrative support to the Property Management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants, coordinating tenant requests, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries, coordinate requests for services, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed. Assist with ordering office supplies and building materials.
  • Operations: Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs, contact movers for Certificates of Insurance, and generate welcome letters and handbooks.
  • Service Contracts: Prepare and coordinate annual service contracts, monitor expirations, and maintain approved contract lists.
  • Accounting: Accurately code and process weekly invoices, research discrepancies, and prepare monthly statements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of work-related experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager Accounting and 360 Facilities Software a plus.
