Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Patient Check-in and Check-out: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange appointments, surgeries, and procedures while ensuring seamless communication with providers, staff, and patients.
  • Collecting Co-pays and Insurance Information: Handle financial transactions and verify patient insurance coverage to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Manage E-message Pool: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
