Overview

OSL Retail Services is a vibrant leader in outsourced sales services, partnering with prominent retailers to manage retail locations across the nation. We are currently seeking an exceptional Wireless Sales Manager to spearhead operations at our kiosk locations and drive sales excellence.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of $65,000 annually, plus commissions and quarterly performance bonuses. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including daily access to earnings, employee discounts, and RRSP matching.

Job Description

As a Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the wireless department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes managing and supervising a team of sales associates, driving sales targets and performance goals, maintaining knowledge of products and services offered, and monitoring inventory levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work various schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience in wireless or electronics, demonstrated ability to drive team performance, sales results, and service quality, and excellent customer service skills.
