Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed electrical analysis utilizing time domain techniques to evaluate system performance and identify potential issues.

• Perform complex calculations related to Insulation Coordination, Transient Over-Voltage, and Power Quality & Harmonics.

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance and mitigate risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and support in electrical analysis and troubleshooting.

• Prepare comprehensive reports documenting analysis findings, recommendations, and design modifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (background in Power/Power Systems) and sufficient industry experience is considered in lieu of an advanced degree. Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in Insulations Coordination, Transient Over-Voltage, and Power Quality & Harmonics.

• Proficiency in utilizing software tools such as PSCAD and EMTP-RV to perform complex electrical calculations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
