About the Role
As a Casino Ambassador for Seminole Gaming, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with targeted customers to generate incremental gaming revenues. This role requires excellent communication skills, tact and judgment, high moral integrity and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quotas provided by management for room goals, new card sign-ups, events, entertainment, etc..
- Assist in the development of incentive programs, host goals, special events and marketing programs
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures
- Effectively handles customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner

Qualifications
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years in a casino host experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or marketing.
