Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at Grow Op Farms. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including strains, edibles, and extracts, and be able to educate customers on their benefits and uses.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals by providing excellent customer service and making product recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
