As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with The Laurels of Bon Air, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests. Our skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care team is dedicated to providing compassionate and empathetic care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced LPN who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services and health education to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members.
  • Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
  • Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status.
  • Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
