">We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Recovery Unit team at Avera McKennan Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex patient cases, and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
">Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized patient care, prioritizing needs and adapting to changing situations">
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and surgeons to ensure seamless patient care from pre-op to recovery">
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or higher preferred">
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required">
- Certification in specialty preferred; membership in professional organizations encouraged">
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to changing situations">
