Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time Field Sales Representative to acquire new subscribers and drive success in multi-family residential properties, communities, and condos through door-to-door activity and in-person events.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate and educate potential customers about Starry Internet features and benefits.
- Attend Starry marketing events as needed.
- Spread the word about affordable, high-speed, reliable internet service in your community.
- Meet and exceed sales goals; identify potential issues and address them with local teams.
- Identify, source, and attend subscriber acquisition opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
- Respond to and close sales leads daily.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales.
- Positive, upbeat personality with no fear of talking to strangers.
- Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and problem-solving mentality.
- Ability to help guide consumer decision-making processes and close sales.
- Willingness to travel in and around the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens.
- Ability to primarily work scheduled weekday afternoons and evenings (2-8pm) and weekends.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and performance. This position offers unlimited earning potential through commissions. We provide all necessary tools and training for success. Ongoing personal coaching and mentoring ensure team members meet and exceed sales goals. All new hires receive real in-field experience to build confidence.
