Job Title: Field Engineer 4
**Job Summary:**
As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a highly directed environment, performing repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script. You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties, working in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Take PC hardware break fix calls at various locations
* Perform repair activities, including replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing
* Work in a highly directed environment, with direction provided by script, help desk, or service desk
* Perform other non-troubleshooting duties as required
**Requirements:**
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to pass drug and background screening
* Ability to complete required product training
**Preferred Skills:**
* DELL Desktop PC, Install/Support, Expert
* A+ Certification (not required, but preferred)
