Team Lead Role:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Overseeing Agents: Ensure floor personnel meet quality benchmarks under your guidance.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues in addressing customer complaints and resolving errors.
  • HR Support: Collaborate with HR to facilitate walk-in applicant setup as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and manage reports using databases or word-processing software efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality control of agents to guarantee exceptional service delivery.

Weekly Direct Deposit
