Job Summary

Morpho Behavioral Services is seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes, providing hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral therapy to children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes
  • Work closely with trainers and kids to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Minimum of 60 college credits completed
  • Minimum six months of paid or unpaid experience working with children
  • Bachelors degree and work experience serving people with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines

  • Competitive hourly rate: up to $22.00 per hour depending on education, credentialing, and experience

  • Experience in children, babysitting, behavior technician, social skills, psychology, sociology, ABA, behavior therapist, behavioral health, behavior specialist, ABA therapist, childcare, teacher assistant, teacher's aide, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, youth program coordinator, direct support professionals, behavioral and social sciences, behavioral health technician, mental health specialist, camp counselor, coach, caregiver
