Wound Care Opportunities at HC&N Healthcare Solutions
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse to join our team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care to our residents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes
- Ensure all wound care treatments are carried out as required
- Evaluate high-risk patients for pressure reduction interventions
- Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions
- Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents
**Requirements:**
- Current and valid RN license in the State of NY
- Active CPR Certificate
- Point Click a Plus
- Wound care certification desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in LTC preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and a team player
