Job Summary:

The Pavilion at Crescent Lake is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Your primary responsibility will be to promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care.
Assist with ambulation and transfer of residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
Record resident vital signs, weights, and measurements, as well as intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
Routinely turn and position residents as necessary, frequent monitoring.
Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse.

Requirements:

Valid CNA license in the state of FL.
Ability to work in Crescent City.
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience.
