Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Borgess Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical units and emergency departments.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: The Registered Nurse must have an Associates of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) or RN Diploma at start date. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
