Job Summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled Refinishing Technician to restore and refinish various surfaces, including floors, walls, furniture, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect surfaces to determine the extent of refinishing required
Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and cleaning
Apply refinishing materials to achieve desired results
Repair damage or imperfections
Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed
Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects
Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials, and time spent on each job

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
General Liability Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in refinishing
Proficient in refinishing techniques and materials
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Own tools and reliable transportation
Living in the US
