About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Multifamily Development Lead to lead and manage multifamily development projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, with specific experience in multifamily housing.
About You
- A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with proformas, budgets, and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of local zoning, land use laws, and entitlement processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in real estate development software and tools (e.g., Argus, Excel, project management software).
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
