About the Role

As a Program Manager for Supported Living Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule employee coverage for shifts, leave, vacation, etc. You will maintain updated schedules and agency phone lists while ensuring that scheduled employees have met minimum training requirements before working alone with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule employee coverage for shifts, leave, and vacation
  • Maintain updated schedules and agency phone lists
  • Ensure scheduled employees meet minimum training requirements before working alone with clients
  • Provide supervision and training to House Managers and support staff on timesheet and mileage chart completion, leave policy, and inexcusable absences
  • Create monthly payroll reports ensuring accuracy of hours/mileage reported
  • Ensure employee compliance with attendance-related policies and update attendance tracking spreadsheets
  • Provide support for Program Directors and Managers as needed, including providing schedule updates for on-call managers
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients and programs
  • Maintain and update staffing spreadsheets in the drive for each program
About Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least two years' experience working within a business, social services, or educational setting. A background in DDA/RCS policies and procedures, as well as experience working with IDD clients, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great working relationships with employees and communicate effectively.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,724 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
