Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $42.00 - $45.00 based on experience

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team and contribute to various projects across the Colorado mountain region. The initial assignment will involve working on an expansion project for a Mine Water Discharge Treatment Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct crane operations, ensuring safe setups and foundation evaluations for stability.
• Assist with critical pick work plans and perform daily pre-shift crane inspections.
• Engage in physically demanding tasks related to water and heavy concrete construction.
• Understand and follow operating procedures for loading and unloading materials.
• Inspect and maintain cranes to comply with safety regulations.
• Plan and pace work efficiently to meet productivity goals.
• Report any issues to the Foreman, Safety Manager, or Human Resources.

Qualifications:

• Crane Certification (NCCCO) required.
• Certification to operate hydraulic, rough terrain cranes.
• Minimum of two years driving experience and one year operating a crane, or equivalent education and training.
• Ability to adhere to safety policies and communicate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
