Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Shipments: Ensure that all shipments are processed efficiently, meeting client requirements and deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, communicating schedule requirements and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • HS Diploma/GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Administrative Experience: One year or more of administrative experience is desired; five years or more of relevant experience is strongly recommended.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Professional Relationships: Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
    • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
    • Time Management: Flexible work schedule and excellent time management skills.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered for this role may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, education, work location, market data, internal equity, and internal salary ranges. For this position, the estimated annual salary range is between $44,000 and $46,000, with the potential for additional compensation through an annual bonus, commission, or long-term incentive plan.
