Surgical Nurse Specialist

As a Surgical RN at Unavailable, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the perioperative department. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient's health and continuously monitor for changes in symptoms, health, or pain.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other care staff to ensure smooth transition for patients throughout the facility.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- RN licensure in the state of North Dakota.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Requirements
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Ability to deal with conflict and difficult people.
- Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes.
