About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Intern to join our team at McCain Foods. As a Health and Safety Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the core functionality of our manufacturing teams while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
* Develop a general understanding of manufacturing functions and major roles and responsibilities
* Engage in all training, development, and educational opportunities provided
* Participate in cross-functional teams supporting manufacturing process improvement projects
* Contribute to initiatives reducing inventory, improving customer fill rates, on-time performance, and freight costs
* Apply creative problem-solving skills to assigned work; communicate insights and synthesize conclusions

Requirements
* Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work with speed and accuracy
* Self-motivated, analytical, and independent thinker with a results-focused approach
* Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Salary and Benefits
* Estimated salary range: $41,600 - $45,760 per year
* Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off
