About the Role

The Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary plays a vital role in supporting patients/families and professional staff, ensuring efficient customer-oriented service delivery. This position actively promotes WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model by delivering patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
