Your primary responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
A diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire is required. Additionally, a BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date is required, as well as Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
