Critical Care Travel Nurse Opportunity in Portland, Maine

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Portland, Maine. The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
About the Role- Provide comprehensive patient care to adult patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment, including ventilators and feeding tubes.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in SICU nursing practices, with experience in managing critically ill patients. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS & ACLS Certification
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care SICU setting
Benefits
- Weekly pay: $5,400 - $6,300 per week, depending on experience
