Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contract Review Specialist to join our team at ManagedReview.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing high-volume litigation documents with high productivity and accuracy. You will also code sensitive information and identify potential issues that may impact our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review complex contracts and agreements with attention to detail
  • Analyze contract provisions and identify areas of concern
  • Code sensitive information according to established protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an active law license and prior experience with contract review. You should possess excellent verbal and communication skills, as well as critical thinking abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
