Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a Service Center Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of services and duties in our Automotive Service Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Repair and install tires
  • Balance wheels
  • Install batteries, head lamps and other basic automotive parts
  • Perform oil changes
  • Brake system repair
  • Other duties assigned with progressive on the job training

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior auto repair experience is preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
