Global Transactional Law Specialist

The Campbell Snacks division is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Transactions Paralegal to provide legal support on a broad spectrum of contract matters focusing on global procurement arrangements and real estate transactions. This role will work cross collaboratively with various teams throughout the organization.

About the Role
This Commercial Transactions Paralegal position is based in our World Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, with the opportunity to work remotely two days a week. You will report to Campbell's Corporate Counsel and work closely with transactional attorneys to review, draft, negotiate, and manage various commercial agreements.
You will assist in advising business teams on various commercial matters, including direct-store-delivery (DSD) model. Your responsibilities will also include corporate transactions, regular compliance training, and providing assistance on additional matters as needed.
