Job Summary

The LPN is a key member of our clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare services. As a champion of our Patient Promise, you will work closely with our providers to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with and document treatments ordered by the provider, ensuring accurate and timely recording of patient information.
  • Transcribe patient orders, including laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on patient charts, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and perform select clinical duties, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phone calls, maintaining records, and filing, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory management of supplies and maintain a clean and orderly environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Associates degree and active certification as an LPN or LVN.
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, valid for at least 90 days after start date.
  • Minimum one-year clinical experience as an LPN.
  • Recent experience drawing blood.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to prioritize needs and plan work accordingly.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screen.
