Dishwasher/Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Steward at the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

• Sort and wash all china, glass, and flatware using proper cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Polish chinaware, glassware, and flatware for restaurant and banquet staff in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen, including stocking of incoming supplies and perishable items.
• Assist kitchen with food preparation responsibilities and monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station, employee cafeteria, and service areas.
• Empty trash bins and scrub and disinfect trash bins as necessary.

• 6 months relevant experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekdays, and weekends, including holidays, as required.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
