Job Summary
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/LVN to join our team. As an LPN/LVN, you will provide direct patient care, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders.

Compensation
Hourly rate range $26.55 - $34.00 / hour. Excellent PRN rates as well. Compensation will be determined based on years of experience and applicable certifications. This position also includes generous shift differentials.

Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders
• Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery

Requirements
• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred. Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
