Surgical Attendant

Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Surgical Attendant maintains a clean environment within the operating rooms, support space, lounges, hallways, and PACU, Preop, and Preoperative Holding Area.
The Surgical Attendant completes surgical suite turnover and sets up the suite for the next case. Additionally, they restock and make available surgery supplies and equipment, transport patients to and from Surgery, run errands, and assist the Surgery clinical staff as needed.

A minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in the healthcare industry is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Active American Heart Association CPR Certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred. 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in a related field is also preferred.
