About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sedgewood Commons in Falmouth, ME. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
