We are now seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and direct our sales team as we continue to grow our business.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for the food industry, a strong technical knowledge of antimicrobials, and a high-energy approach to their work.

The position is based at our headquarters in Jefferson, Georgia, providing easy access to amenities and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research to identify potential clients and key decision makers
  • Utilizing various tools and techniques, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking, to generate leads
  • Qualifying leads to focus the appropriate sales manager on meaningful opportunities in the market
  • Working closely with account managers to support their efforts in setting up meetings with prospective customers within their travel hubs
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales funnel
  • Staying current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of real-time experience calling and contacting prospects and potential customers
  • The ability to learn quickly and master the world of food ingredients

  • A demonstrable resilience, undeterred by customer and market challenges
  • A curious, inquisitive mind, always willing to learn new techniques for finding customers
