Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ProTouch Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive wound, burn and ostomy care to patients in a variety of settings. This will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide wound, burn and ostomy care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Conduct patient education and counseling on wound, burn and ostomy care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Kentucky
  • Experience in wound, burn and ostomy care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
